In this paper,we establish fixed points theorems in Banach space using Mann Iteration for nonexpansive and asymtotically nonexpansive mappings . Iteration scheme is defined by (2.1) and (2.2). We extended the work of Mann.

We study the existence of mild solutions for semilinear fractional differential equations with nonlocal initial conditions in $L^p([0,1],E)$, where $E$ is a separable Banach space. The main ingredients used in the proof of our results are measure of noncompactness, Darbo and Schauder fixed point theorems. Finally, an application is proved to illustrate the results of this work.

In this paper, we prove some theorems related to properties of generalized symmetric hybrid mappings in Banach spaces. Using Banach limits, we prove a fixed point theorem for symmetric generalized hybrid mappings in Banach spaces. Moreover, we prove some weak convergence theorems for such mappings by using Ishikawa iteration method in a uniformly convex Banach space.
